Yamamoto Yoshihiro "Tesshinsai Houraku" is a third generation blacksmith from Miki city. Yamamoto family has been a blacksmith since Meiji 38 (1906) when Yoshihiro's grandfather Kiichi served his apprenticeship under the great legendary Miki plane blade blacksmith Kurokawa.

I have sharpened to perfection using various natural stones. The special jigane's beautiful damascus pattern is shown.
