Naniwa Jyunpaku (pure white) is the recommended stone by Usui-Kengo (he himself uses this stone), one of the most famous and revered plane blade blacksmith in Japan. He says that this stone is good enough to make the blade sharp enough to produce single digit micron shaves. After that it's up to the block adjustment.
